Our wellness centre is the perfect place for treating yourself to a break from the outside world: we take care of the beauty of body and spirit, restoring freshness to the skin and well-being to the mind.

Our wellness area features a spacious Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath with fresh and exquisite aromas, a secluded corner with whirlpool and salt grotto, massage booths and the ever-present relaxation area, where a selection of herbal teas and infusions awaits you.

Inside the salt cave you can enjoy the benefits of halotherapy: a thermal treatment that frees and purifies the respiratory system, strengthening the immune system.

Our qualified and experienced staff will guide you through the offer of treatments for face and body, energising programmes for couples, anti-stress and holistic massages, and much more. The manual nature of treatments was chosen with careful consideration, to ensure that each absolutely subjective: we use a high range of selected products, using herbs, plants, flowers, minerals and salts, in order to give back to the body the ability to rediscover balance, vitality, activate invigorating energy and keep the body vigorous and youthful.

In order to use the SPA, advanced bookings are appreciated and for security reasons children under 16 are not allowed.

Tenuta Le Cave also has a gym equipped with the most modern Technogym machinery for physical activity.
